We will cover all the bases of CQC and introduce our S.C.R.E.W CQC inspections system. We give them practical ways to deal with things such as staff, complaints, legislation and requirements. To understand the difference between a manager and leader we explore how they currently manage the practice and staff. We introduce to the delegates new techniques that will encourage staff retention and buy in. The process of sales is looked at in depth and adapted on the day for each individual. We look at how they can ensure staff work to maximise the practice’s income and targets can be met.
Delegates will leave the course with more knowledge of the way in which the CQC inspect and how to navigate an inspection to ensure a pass. They will appreciate the difference between a manager and a leader, when to act as what, and comprehend how their actions impact the practice.
