Computer assisted implant surgery is revolutionising implant dentistry. The wide range of guided surgery systems now available is testament to the growing interest in this field, however accuracy, ease of use and training are not accessible features of many systems. This course is designed to introduce you to ImplantPilot®, an accurate system that allows for precision without incision and is suitable for ANY implant system.
The course fee includes the cost of a Launchpad* for use within your own practice. This is an ideal way to use the system without a financial outlay.
To understand why guided surgery is an essential planning and treatment tool and how it can enhance your patients’ implant treatment.
By the end of the course participants should be able to understand the basics of computerised assisted implant surgery, be able to select a suitable case and have the confidence to carry out a simple case depending on previous implant training and experience.

By using the phenomenal accuracy of the IP guided system in delivering complex treatment plans, more sophisticated restorative options can be offered to the patients. Immediate placement and loading are becoming more popular whether from single crowns to full arches.
IP creates the possibility of providing well fitting immediate temporary restorations, a big improvement on modified dentures screwed to four implants for example.
You can find out how your patients could benefit from being offering these improved protocols and the technical processes required to deliver them in our one day IPIR course. Focused mainly on the practical but presenting the evidence to support the course ideally would be attended by both dentist and technician.
